In my six months as a part-time Web and Graphics Manager in the Real Estate Division at UC Berkeley, I provided relevant project direction (e.g., design/layout, branding, visual communications, web, editing, production, photography, etc.) to internal and functional partners to ensure completion within project parameters including budget and schedule. I managed content planning and data reporting/metrics associated with graphic and web production and developed formal communications work plan for the Real Estate Division and Parking and Transportation, including metrics, web documentation, style guide, and collaboration directory.
The Real Estate Division portfolio included the following units: Facilities Services (Grounds, Custodial, Trades, Utilities), Asset Management, Construction & Design, Real Estate Development & Portfolio (P3, Leases, Retail), Berkeley Global Campus at Richmond Bay, Parking & Transportation, Space and Capital Resources, Physical and Environmental Planning, Environment, Health & Safety, Inspection Services, and Sustainability & Energy.
My main graphic work was done in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. My web work was all done in the Drupal content management system, maintained by the Open Berkeley team.
