Details: This is the front page of a 16 page special, end of the year issue.  The 2011 year was filled with a spectrum of news, opinion, arts & entertainment, and sports. I represented each section with a color and introduced each one with a quote in order to maintain a common theme across all sections. This was one of the few issues a year in which all four sections appear in the same paper.

Details: This design was the backpage of The Daily Californian’s special 9/11 anniversary issue. It was an honor to design this page.
Awards: It won First Place, Best Sports Design from the California College Media Association in March 2012.
